Specs: Windows 7 x64, 2.8ghz dual/1gb (2gb soon)
I want to upgrade my PSU, will this one work with my motherboard?

My mobo: Intel 945G Express, 24pin

PSU wanted: Mustiff Dual 550W

Edit: Coolmax V-500 500W (Sata ready)

Is it any good, will it work and is it Sata ready? If not, can you recommend some good affordable one's with a 24pin connector? (I don't even know if that PSU has a 24pin wire)

That PSU is probably going backward, not an upgrade. Did you read the ad. Here is what it says:

[warranty info]
CTY store: 90 days
Manufacturer: no warranty

What kind of manufacturer gives no warranty. You can tell by the price that it is junk.

In order to recommend a PSU we need to know more than just what motherboard you have.

CPU, video card, how many drives, etc.

I'm going to buy a radeon hd 4670.

My pc: http://support.gateway.com/s/PC/R/1...

Currently have:
intel 2.8ghz dual core
1 sata barracuda 320gb
1 dvdrw
integrated video card.

That's pretty much it. Might buy another hdd but not anytime soon. The radeon 4670 needs a 350watt psu minimum, I currently have a 300watt.

"The radeon 4670 needs a 350watt psu minimum"

That's not true. Unlike most gaming cards that need additional power connections, the HD4670 gets all it's power directly from the PCIe slot & it only consumes approx 60W under full load. It will work with a 250W PSU, provided it's a good one.

I would go with something like This

I want to go like my grandfather did. Peacefully in his sleep. Not screaming at the top of my lungs like the passengers in his car.

This 400W Corsair would be more than sufficient, plus it's cheaper & ships for free.

Good price, but it's out of stock in Canada.
