Will this PSU get by with this combo?

Specs: Windows XP
My current computer is getting a bit rusty running at AMD 1.8ghz (single core) and wont play too many games anymore without burning the cpu at 100% with lag. I just purchased a used ECS geforce6100pm-m2 board and a used Athlon 64 x2 4800+ as an upgrade. I plan on using the onboard graphics because my games are not all that graphic intense. (WoW...which now requires dual core) When my budget goes up, I will purchase a card. My question is, can I use a 350w enermax PSU with this new hardware? It held up in my old computer just fine, running a cd rom drive, dvd drive, 2 HDD's and 2 case fans. See links below for hardware. All I see anymore are PSU's around 500-800 watts. I dont want overkill, but I don't know much about these things anymore.

The PSU will be fine as long as you don't go crazy with a high power video card. Consider dumping the CD drive as it's really not needed. As for the case fans, I don't know how you have them configured but you really only need one exhaust fan in the rear. Front intake fans aren't necessary & side panel fans are disruptive to the airflow within the case. If you have a side panel fan, give some serious consideration to removing it.
