Will this power supply be enough for this computer

Specs: Windows 64, Phenom x6 / 8GB
Hi everyone

just bought a cooler master extreme 500W power supply and it turns out that this psu can inly deliver 400W of clean power

will 400W be enough for this computer

Processor: AMD Phenom x4 (1045t) 94W
RAM : 4 X 2Gb DDR3 1333MHz
HDD : Western Digital Green 1.5 TB
GPU : XFX Radeon 7770 (100 W max power draw)

so this is my computer

i did some psu calculator test online and they all said that my computer will use 356W at PEEK LOAD Thats everything at full load so will this PSU be enough

Didn't we discuss this already in a different thread? Cooler Master makes several PSU series, some good, some not so good. The eXtreme series is not so good. Since you already bought it, all you can do is try it & hope fore the best.

I highly doubt that your rig pulls 356w at peak load. PSU calculators (along with AMD and NVIDIA) recommend high wattage PSUs because they know that there are many very crappy, overrated power supplies out there.

Your PSU may not be the greatest, but I doubt it'll have any trouble powering your machine.
