I have a mother board that supports the following.

PATA 2 x ATA 133 up to 4 Devices
PATA RAID NV RAID 0/1/0+1 JBOD
SATA 4 x SATA II
SATA RAID NV RAID 0/1/0+1 JBOD
Additional SATA 2 x SATA II
Additional SATA RAID RAID 0/1 JBOD

And I want to know if this HDD will work with it.

James,

FYI PATA is the same as IDE (or EIDE) and is the same as Ultra ATA. Also an ATA 133 motherboard will support a slower drive like ATA 100, conversely, a slower ATA 100 motherboard will support a faster drive like ATA 133. In either case, you end up running at ATA 100.
