COMPUTER WILL NOT TURN ON, THERE IS A GREEN LIGHT ON INSIDE THE COMPUTER. PUT IN A NEW POWER SUPPLY.

Whenever you press the On button, are there any fans spinning also is your hard drive spinning? Any beeps comming your the motherboard?
