Dont honestly know but"Supported CPU: Intel Pentium 4 Processor" so I guess not. besides the fact that Jetway isnt exactly a known brand. How bout this motherboard instead: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-138-232&depa=0 or http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-130-456&depa=0

No

i'm not saying NO is wrong answer but please can someone explain to me.
Title on the spec page says for Intel Socket 478 CPU. It also confirms that it supports 400mhz fsb. I know further down it mentions Pentium4 and not celeron but as the celeron is Intel Socket 478 with 400mhz fsb, why would it not work? (Celeron is poor mans Pentium, if same FSB and socket 478 are they not interchangable?)

Hi,
It will work
AMD Athlonxp 3200+ OC
Asus A7N8x-deluxe-E
ATI AIW 9600pro
2x WD SATA raptors/raid0
Corsair XMS3200
16x Lite-on DVD
12x DVD-R
48x Lite-on CDRW
Aspire Super Alien Case

ok thanks for the posts, and thanks tony, i do have a socket 478 celeron in case anybody was wondering. i just needed a new mobo with an 8x agp slot

I don't understand the "no" answer either.
If the motherboard will support 800Mhz processors, then it should happily run with a 533 or 400 Mhz chip.
Please explain David...
