Hello, My pc can only be powered up every 4 hours or more. For Example: I turn it on at 7:00am use it will work fine, but once i turned it off, I cannot turn it on again for another 3-4 hours.
It just randomly happened with no wierd symptoms whatsoever, I have tried to reseat all of the parts and even did several anti virus check just in case. Any help will be appreciated :)

So you turn it off, and then if you go to turn it back on what exactly happens? Do any lights come on, does the hard drive/fans spin up? Any noises?

With some motherboards I've seen this happen when the small CMOS battery is dead/dying. You might try replacing that. IT looks like a match battery clipped on to the motherboard.

If that doesn't help, it's probably either a damaged power supply or motherboard. They make power supply testers you can buy for about $20 or less. You basically unplug the power supply cables from the motherboard and plug them into this devices. It will then tell yo if it is providing proper power. You could also check your power supply by hand with a multimeter, but this is more technical.

If the power supply checks out, then there is a good chance it is your motherboard.

PS: One other thing to try. Unplug the computer from the power outlet. Then push the power button a few times. Plug it back in to the wall and try turning it on again. Does that work?

When I turn it off I can only turn it on again after 3-4hours then it works perfecly fine. If I turn off the pc then I have to wait some 3-4 hours to turn it on again, because for some wierd reason it wont turn on unless i wait for that long

I agree that it might be your power supply. What brand and wattage is it? That info is located on the top of the power supply on a sticker.

Did you try unplugging your computer from the wall, pressing the power button several times, plugging it back in and the attempting to turn it on? What happens?

Antec is a very decent brand and 500W is fine for your system but even decent brand power supplies go bad from time to time. It's just part of normal wear and tear.
