I think you should elaborate on your question. It is open to far too much interpretation. If you plan to answer questions on here you will need to do a lot better or else nobody will understand your suggestions, however good they might be.

well for starters you need to know computers and lots of it, you see the questions asked here and the people who answer it are experts in this field. Thats a simple explanation. remember we dont get paid to answer the questions posted here its a voluntary forum computers are a second home

Mmm... If it's not a wind up.... Then besides having experience to some degree in at least one area gained over time, most of us here will often learn from others here; and also do research via google and similar search engines both to discover for ourselves info re' solutions which then pass on, and also learn a little more overall. I doubt any of us here would claim to be experts...; at best just reasonably well informed, well versed etc. and willing to help as best we may...?
