Can you try using the monitor on another computer to see if it's the monitor or your
H E (never heard of that one, maybe HP?) computer.

Do not have a extra monitor at hand .i know its the monitor bacause i lowered the brightness and it went without blacking out for the rest if the day.only in the night it started flickering bright to dim and eventually it blacked out.
I also turn off and on the monitor this is how i see the screen after 2 seconds it blacks out.so a good signal is comeing through the VGA.just mean its blacks out a few seconds after.

Most of the time there's not much you can do to fix a monitor. You can always have a shop look at it but the repair costs are usually going to be more than it's worth. Heck, I've seen used LCD monitors for sale at goodwill for $15.

So you've had two monitors go out? It doesn't seem like the video card would cause that but I guess trying another card wouldn't hurt. Maybe it's just bad luck.

That is my other option besides lowering the monitors brightness which worked for saveral hours.
But does anyone know of all cause that causes a desktop monitor to blackout few seconds after wake up and stay that way until i turn off and on the monitor to avail few seconds of screen time.
