Specs: Windows Vista
Just want to remove files from the D/drive. The usual 'perfect uninstaler' doesn't do anything? Recently uninsulated and reinstalled Windows Essentials on C/drive and now want to remove an old backup from D/drive?

Right-click the backup file and choose "Delete"

Are you sure your D drive is not your recovery drive? Many machines are shipped with a recovery drive that can reload windows in the event of a major problem.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
