GeForce4 mx 420 64-bit tv-out
Not sure, ATI rage is standard, came with Dell optiplex GX240...

Well, obviously the GeForce 4 is better.
Here are a few specs I found:
Nvidia GeForce4 MX
64 MB DDR
Ports: VGA Out TV-Out- (S-Video Out)
DirectX7.1, OpenGL 1.3
Max Resolution@32bit Color:
2048X1536@75H
ATI Rage 128
32 MB SDRAM
Ports: VGA out TV-OUT - (S-Video out)

Maximum resolution@32bit color: 1920x1200@75Mhz
