I'm thinking about buying a TV card for my PC, but am not sure which one would work best with cable TV. Any ideas or help is most welcome.

I believe that you use PAL where your at. Read the specs on the card to determine which cards are compatible with the signal used in your country. Cable company has nothing to do with it.
