Which should I get? The website where I want to get my thinkpad says the x60s is a higher-end model than the x60, but at lenovo, I think that some things can be upgraded to larger memory and space and stuff on the x60 than the x60s. If the x60s is better, I want to go for it.

The one made by Toshiba! :)

I've had four in ten years and never had a problem.

I've got an IBM Thinkpad R52:
Intel Centrino Mobile Technology
Pentium M 1.83Ghz
1GB Dual Channel PC4200 533MHZ DDR2
60GB SATA/150 5400RPM HDD
64MB Radeon X300 Mobility Graphics
14.1'' 1400x1600 TFT Monitor
Intel Pro Wireless A/B/G Card
DVD +/- RW/RAM Drive
Windows XP Professional

It runs as sweet as a nut, it's light, it's durable , the keyboard is great and the preinstalled package is top notch, it is well worth the premium over a toshiba, dell etc.

The X-Series is brillant also i had an older X-31 thinkpad i think it was a 1.4ghz centrino but that was great, lightweight and made of titanium and stuff great notebooks go for the extra money and get the x60s.

If it don't work try hitting it, then if that doesn't work buy a new one :P
