I have come up to two PSUs that look really good. Which one of these is better or if you can find one in similar price that is better please tell me. These are ATX12V PSUs.

Thermaltake PurePower 460Watt $79
Dual 12V rails both 15a

Antec Smartpower 2.0 ATX12V 500Watt $75
Dual 12v rails 17a and 19a

It seems to me that the Antec is better but I need a second opinion, is this good or should I get a different one. I want a good and very stable PSU for my Rig.

Build-in-Progress:
NZXT Nemesis Elite
Athlon 64 3200
Abit An8
OCZ EL PE Rev2 DDR400
X800PRO

Get a Seasonic. They perform very well in consistent voltages, have incredible efficiency, and run very quiet and cool.
