Assuming I would be using this laptop for general use, school work and to watch videos, which laptop would be best? HP ProBook 6475b B5P17UT

Fujitsu LIFEBOOK LH532

I think you will get better performance out of the HP, faster hard drive speed will count, even though it is a slightly smaller hard drive. It has a faster cpu and most other regards are very close or the same. The only thing I noted which may be important is the lack of HDMI port on the HP, that the Fujitsu does have. HDMI allows you to connect the laptop to the tv so you can output a movie from the laptop and watch it on your regular tv(assuming the TV has hdmi slots). I would do more shopping.
Thanks for the reply! As I can get these for 450$, can you recommend any better alternatives for around 450$?
-HP has a weak processor compare to Fujistu lifebook core i3 3110M but A6 CPU is fine for school work and to watching HD videos.
-7520G integrated found in HP perform similar to HD4000
-Hard drive in HP doesn't actual spin at 7200 RPMFujistu has attractive specs so get Fuiistu Lifebook or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ... or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...
You know the real meaning of peace only if you have been through the war.
Kuwese whats the gig then, those are the specs they have listed, a hard drive spinning nearly 1/3 faster would be good, so they are lying/misrepresenting the speed or did I read that wrong??? Fistsnake ultimately you will get what you pay for the differences between a $450 or $479 are usually not much, one will have HDMI or something and the other won;t. Make sure it has the features you want and best specs. They usually try making it hard to compare apples to apples, but spending a little extra time researching as you are doing and you should do ok.
@HopperRox

I decided to go for a Fujitsu notebook, thanks for everyone's help.
