Which is better? 2 gigs of dual channel ram running at pc2500. Or 1 gig of dual channel ram
running at pc3200? PICK ONE.

Where are you getting this PC2500 from? It would mean that your RAM is running at approx 156MHz instead of 200MHz. I can understand it dropping off to PC2700 speed (166MHz)...but 156MHz?
