Which graphics card to get?

Specs: Windows Vista
I have a GT5428 Gateway computer with a Dual Core 3.2ghz Processor. I upgraded my PSU to 630W instead of the crappy 280W I had before. Now, I would like to upgrade my graphics card. I currently have a pathetic Intel Graphics Media Accellerator 950, which is sorely out of date and needs replacing. Money is not so much an issue on the new card, but if you know of a good 1 GB graphics card for under $100, that would be nice. It doesn't have to be under that though. I am looking for something good enough to run games on my computer without any problems (namely WoW).

Edit: Just a general note, I have a pciE x16 slot.

630w? We need to know the amps, check psu label (+3.3v, +5v, +12v). 3.2ghz pentium d? Pentium d isn't a good cpu. Nvidia 9800gt, Hd 5670, nvidia 240gt with gddr5, geforce 9600gt or hd 4670, if money isn't a big issue buy nvidia gtx 460.
