I have a HP Pavilion ze2000t laptop. I currently have a 6-cell battery and want to upgrade to a 12-cell battery. I'm not sure which battery I need. I researched on the HP website and I found two possibilities: EV089AA(VE12) or KS526AA(EV12). Does anyone know what the correct battery would be? I read on the web that a battery for the dv1000 will also work with the ze2000t. Is this correct? Thanks.

Googling for the following phrase gets many hits: HP Pavilion ze2000t replacement battery

Below is one that appears to have both units.

Thanks. This appears to be a replacement battery. I was interested more in a battery from HP itself. Does AtBatt have a good reputation? Have you dealt with them in the past?

I have not dealt with them ever. I was simply showing you how to find the battery. Some of the hits must have OEM batteries. HP doesn't make the batteries, or for that matter, the laptop either.

To find out if a company is OK go to resellerratings.com and look them up. If no listing at at that is not a good sign.

Thanks for the reseller site. I did not know about this! I'll check into it.
