I am after a USB front panel adaptor (one that goes in the floppy drive), and the ideal one I have found has a product ref of F7771 (made by Koutech).
Is there anywhere or anyway I can buy this and have it delivered to the UK? All the places I have found only ship to the US, or charge over £20 to ship to UK overseas.

well you could just pay the $20 to ship it overseas
But if I were you, I would just buy a USB hub and put it on top of your computer... this will give you access to additional USB ports from the front of your PC
It says not to put a question here... why not?

Thanks for the replies, but I'll probably just leave it for now. I already have a USB extension lead sitting on top of my desk which is handy for USB sticks, I was just after something that looks better and would be more sturdy, hence why I don't believe it is worth spending loads of money on.
