Will the system boot up into BIOS setup without any hard drive connected? What are the exact specifications of the system and what if any are the details of the blue-screen error message? make/model numbers of motherboard etc. What is the history of this machine? Was it working previously? Did this hard drive and ram come originally from the problem machine?
yes sir, i can take Bios setup without hard drive. The Dell Desktop ,Mother board is Optiplex 755. Previously it was working properly. The hard drive and ram are orginal of this PS'c. It was purchased on 4 years ago...
I l explain that messages: "check for virus on your computer, remove any new installed hard drives or hard drive controllers, check your harddrive to make sure it's properly configured and terminated, RUN CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption".
