First thought is failed powersupply. but without more info this is only a guess.

can you tell me of a FREE software to download recovery cd and allow me to burn so i can place in the other computer,must be free, i heard alot about active but the free trial is limited,i need full function or and license/key so i can recover my computer,it won't boot on its on so i need this kind,thanks in advance

How you are going to use this CD if nothing turns on.

As suggested above, it looks like a power supply failures. Failing that, some kind of hardware failure.

Before you can even think about using a diagnostic CD until you have to get the computer to turn on and get something on the screen.
