Specs: Windows 7 home premium, Amd turion x2 rm75 2,3 ghz
Should have finished NAPPx64.exe .then has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way please help

It's tough to help when you don't provide enough info. Are you working on an Acer? trying to do a factory restore from the Recovery Partition? We don't need a screenshot, we need to know the make/model/model number of the computer, what exactly you're trying to do, & how you're attempting to do it.

It's an acer aspire 5536 running windows 7. It's when I try recovery management I'm getting this runtime error Microsoft visual c++ runtime library sorry for being a pain
