My audio crackles when im playing music or games, and the game even goes to slow-mo, and the time on my computer keeps getting slowed down sometimes even 30 minutes behind... any ideas?

It is possible you have too many programs running at the same time. If you do a google search for Scotty the watch dog...it's free,you can disable running but not need programs from starting up at boot.
Those programs will start when you need them.
You could also be a little lite on ram.
