I seriously doubt you will find anyone that has a NEW battery for something so old.
What do you hope to do with that laptop?
There is also a CMOS battery in any computer I have ever touched. I assume yours will have one too. On desktops of that vintage the battery was soldered onto the motherboard. Could be an issue and you do need that battery. You may need some hard drive configuration settings and possibly some other settings to get the remaining hardware working.
