What should i concern when i buying brandnew PCI xpress VGA Card?
Currently i use intel onboard motherboard (DG31PR Classic series) What are the good brands for PCI xpress VGA Cards?

Besides the fact that you want to get away from the onboard video, what is the purpose of the graphics upgrade? If it's for gaming, you'll have to make sure your power supply has the necessary wattage & amperage to support a gaming card. If it doesn't, it will either have to be upgraded or you'll have to settle for a lower end card. If you just want better graphics for viewing videos, DVDs, etc, there are plenty of lower end/low cost cards that will do the job. You should also add more RAM...1GB isn't enough these days.

My upgrade purpose is Play Games, and get good windows7 performance.

The 1st thing you need to do is check your power supply. If you don't know what you have, open the case & look for a label on the unit. Post back the manufacturer, the model, the wattage rating & how many amps are on the +12v rail(s). Here's a sample of a power supply label:

I can't open cpu casing. Because of my pc still in warrenty period. Outside of the powerunit show AC230v.
