What PSU wattage should i buy?

Specs: Windows XP
Recently my computer PSU started to give off a burning smell so i decided to get a new one but im not sure how many Watts i need for my computer.

Here are the specs of my hardware.

Processors: Core 2 duo E7200 @ 2.53
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 260
RAM: 2 Cossairs making it 4gb.
Motherboard: P5K SE/EPU

How much wattage do you think i need?

No less than 500W, probably higher to give yourself a bit of a safety factor for future upgrades. Choose a unit from a reputable manufacturer, single +12v rail, active PFC, 80% plus efficient. Plan on spending $50-100 unless a sale/rebate is involved.
