Your question is rather vague.
Drive letters do not have have any inherent meaning. The C: drive usually contains the operating system but this is no always the case. Drives D to Z could be used for a local disk, a CD or DVD drive, a network drive, or other form of storage.

You either have several hard drives, or one hard drive that has several partitions. C: is for the operating system, I have no idea what D & E are being used for. One of them may contain the Restore/Recovery files. Go to My Computer & do the following:

Right click on Local Disk C, then click Properties - what is listed for Used Space, Free Space & Capacity?

Repeat the above for D & E. Post your findings.
