I just got a whole bunch of REALLY OLD computer parts. Nothing really unusual, except for one box full of old boards. Maybe somone can tell me exactly what they are:
One Texas Instruments Board-It says 990/10A CPU. I guess this is Pre-DOS? The back has some conections that look like ISA, but longer. The front has a thin metal panel that has LEDs. They say FUALT, MAJFAULT, ROW, BIT-IN-ERROR. There are some pins to connect something also. I also got a panel that looks like it connects into these pins. The panel has a dial that ranges from 1-8 and says VFC. There are some switches also.
The second piece of equipment is another board, the same type of connections on the back, but the front panel says "QUICKSTOR-By Western Automation. There are connectors for SCSI Interface and Diagnostics Port. It says Integrated Controller on it.
There are also many feet of multi-colored wires, some are the width of IDE, some are longer but you can see eah strand of wire.
If anyone knows any info on these things, I would appreciate it if you post. I'm also searching on the net.
Thank you!
