It is a Compaq Motherboard, probably from a Presario, you may find it is not standard ATX therefore you will need a Compaq PSU.

Best to not use a compaq mobo. compaqs are real proprietory and their components tend to be rather pricey!

check out sites like www.newegg.com or www.tigerdirect.com where you can pick up some great deals.
