IM USING A AMD X4 9850 QUA WITH A GIGABYTE MA785GM-US2H MOTHERBOARD SINCE I STARTED USING THE PUTTER ABOUT 3 DAYS THE TEMPERATURE IS GOING UP WHEN I TURNED ON THE FIRST TIME THE TEMPERATURE WAS 51C BUT NOW IT HAS SHOTUP TO 54C, MY QUESTION ES WHAT THE IDEAL TEMPERATURE FOR A AMD X4 9850 PROCESSOR?
Temps vary depending on the CPU but generally, 30's at idle & 50's under load are considered "normal". If your 51-54C temp is at idle, you *may* have a problem. Are you getting the temp readings from the BIOS or thru software?
