A BIOS upgrade is not something to be taken lightly. The risks involved are considerable, particularly for such an old system. The BIOS upgrade must exactly match your system or your computer will probably become unbootable. In many cases the only recovery will be physical replacement of the BIOS chips.

You should probably forget the idea.

Any bios upgrade, if available, will be on the motherboard or system manufacturer's site. I guess this is the zinox you're talking about:


Click 'downloads' and see if you can find your model number. Probably in their archived section.
