I Have a pc I got used and been removing programs I do not use. However not knowing if a program came with the pc or not I leave it there. I have this download program BitComet 1.09 (Publisher rnysmile) and ATI Catalyst along with Catalyst Control Center branding (Pubisher ATI) Do anyone know if it is safe to remove the programs listed above?

u can remove bitcomet but dont remove ati catalyst(Its a video driver)
