Hello, What is an ISO Image? Is it anything special to think about when you want to burn it to cd-R?

it is a compressed file tha contains eveything tha the origional cdrom had. When writing to cd you must have the software decompress the files so they go back on the cd in the proper folders.

It is like an Image of a CDROM. Most CD burning programs will be able toburn ISOs. If you happen to have Roxio, just double click on the ISO and it will do the rest. If you dont, Nero has a free 30 day demo that lets you burn ISOs.
