what is a 1394 Net Adaptor?

i found a 1394 net adaptor in my wireless latop which is an hp compaq nx7010 any idea what it is or what its used for?

If you use Google and search on:- "1394 net adaptor" over 400 hits appear, giving much useful info about the firewire interface and connection of such peripheals as digital cameras etc. Good luck - Keep us posted.

1394 Net Adapter is the port into which you plug your firewire peripherals. Hope this helps
