Hello,
i have a CREATIVE WEB-CAM VISTA,
and it's software: WebCam Control.
I can Record and Watch with this software, with several Codecs (Video compressor) :
MJPEG codec
few INTEL codecs
few Microsoft codecs
and more...About 15...
every codec has his own "Recording way", which aventually-decides what will be the final file's size.
Example:
if i record with the MJPEG video compressor for 10 seconds, the final file (AVI) will be something like 1.5 MB....which is A LOT!
I would like to know which Video-Compressor should I use, to get the most QUALITY, and less SPACE.
Thanks for the time.
:P

Reply:

Quality and space are mutually exclusive. Where quality is very important use AVI. Otherwise use MPG.
