What capacity is this RAM

I pulled this RAM from a non-working Compaq Presario 700 series laptop (it had a 1.1Ghz mobile duron).
The markings on it are:
One sticker: Compaq Computer Corp. Z2034 [bar code]
another sticker: Replace with Compaq Spare 239190-001
yet another sticker: 40-050714034B0 [bar code] V23SS1LB12DB00XX
It has 4 large ICs on each side, I can't read the info on the ICs
