when you boot up there is (usually) a brief message telling you which keys (buttons is exacrtly the term) to use.

Often it's the del key or f2, but watch the screen and follow the instructions given as it boots up.

As you're using win-8 this may be useful:

trvlr covered how to enter the BIOS.

"I need to change my dedicated RAM"

RAM is RAM. Either you have it or you don't. If you're asking about graphics RAM, there is none. The graphics chip is integrated into the Core i5 & the graphics memory is 100% shared from the main system RAM. You may be able to change the base allocation setting in the BIOS, but it's doubtful it will do much, if anything, to improve graphics performance. If you're trying to improve gaming performance, try lowering the game settings & the gaming resolution.
