I just changed from Verizon Voicewing to Viatalk VOIP and use Verizon DSL. I can call out but my incoming calls will not ring on my phone but go to voicemail. I talked to Viatalk tech guy and was told I have to port forward my Westell 327W. Needless to say, I'm lost in this area. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks
