Comment:

I just set up a new system that utilizes an Amptron XP4-925LSD motherboard and a 2.0Ghz Pentium 4. I first was using the onboard video with 32MB shared SDRAM. I have the fast user switching option enabled and whenever switching to a different user with another user still logged in, the screen goes black for a second and then comes back. Whenever logging out and then switching to another user, it does not go black. I figured it was something to do with the onboard video, so I installed a free ATI Rage Pro 2 (2x AGP) 4MB and still encounter the same black screen. I have tried both XP drivers for this card on ATI's site, so I don't believe it's a driver issue. Please advise. I'm getting ready to purchase an nVidia MX440 64MB 4x AGP card I believe.
Thanks,
Steven
