Hi,

after adding a new AGP graphics card, whenever there is some graphic movement on my screen (be it dragging a window, flashing text on webpages) I hear a weird sound from my PC tower. It is much like the sound that red LED corresponding to CPU activity. Though when I hear this sound, the red LED does not go crazy.

I have recorded a sample file by just pressing on a window title bar and constantly dragging it around the screen:

Any ideas why such sound exists?
