Ok today i added two new fans to replace the old ones...after i put them in everything worked fine. Then i went to shut my computer off and it went off but all the fans in the case were still on just at a really low speed even the cpu fan. The only way for them to go off is if i flip the switch on the back of the psu. Any ideas on what can be causing this?

This is the psu i have:

Do the fans connect to the PSU or MOBO?

In either case suggest you return old units to test.

I always use a power strip on computers and wall warts. I am sure it is off that way.

I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you peanut.

I have one connected to the psu and one to the motherboard..and i am using a power strip...still doesnt shut off all the way.. and my motherboard has an lcd when i shut it off it keeps flashing CPU INIT which i know what that means i just dont see why it would be doing that if it is off.
