Comment:

I have an HP Deskjet 932C that i've had for about 2.5 years. After printing a 50 page report, it now makes a grinding noise when the inkjet cartridges are moving. Does this mean that the printer has reached the end of its life or can I just oil it?
Thanks

Sometimes the bar that the print head mechanism moves along can get gummed up. Clean it with a lint free cloth and some isopropyl alcohol and print a test page, that should take care of the noise and any other print problems.
