weird keyboard issue

My scroll buttons randomly stopped working. Instead of scrolling down as a page, they go line by line when i'm online and pop cursors up on google and other webpages. The down button also sends you to the end of the page as if ti were the PgDn key. Nothing changed, it just stated doing that one day. The fix is probably (i hope) simple, but i have no clue what to do.

Reboot the system. Uninstall/reinstall your browser.

Try a system restore to before the problem and see if that helps
