Go to you local retailer and ask some questions. Most of them can tell you the basics. Or, you can do like I do whenever I want to purchase a new piece of tech. I research. You can find stuff all over the web about web cameras.

Logitech makes good ones.. well I haven't had any problems with mine. They are priced from about 30 bucks I guess, to much more.. maybe around a hundred. I bought a hundred dollar cam, and it has been great. I would go to big retail websites, or manufacturer websites.. and start comparing the specs. If you don't know what one of the specs. is, then maybe look it up on the web.

I always enjoy researching this stuff. Then I have some knowledge about what I am buying.

In all actuallity, you can't really go wrong buying something like a web cam, sure there are differences in quality, but it's like buying a mouse, or a keyboard or something.

Good luck, Red

Thanks Red for your input! Funny thing is I was doing research the last 1/2 hour and I had come to the conclusion that Logitech was the best for your money so you are right on.

Thanks again!

Lin
