You say it's "visible but not accessible"? How are you trying to access it; and have you done anything since last time you were able to successfully access it?
I have a qnaps ts210 and that has an admin (web access) page… Presumably there is similar for the WD NAS? If so then can you access it? If so can you check what your login details are for any personal account/space you set up - if you did?
Also is there not a guest access for your NAS - although it may not have been enabled?
And... have you tried contacting WD support? I have found them to be so so at times; but overall OK - at least with regard to their hard-drive support...
