Try assigning a drive letter to it in Disk Management.
Right-click it's ribbon and choose "Change Drive Letter & Paths".
Click Add or Change.
Choose a letter.
Click 'OK'.
That usually occurs from an improper removal of the USB drive. You should always use the safely remove icon near the clock. Try using Easeus Partition Recovery or testdisk, to repair the partition. Links to both below.
