Warning saying: 2 HDD's on same channel

Specs: Windows 7, 3.25GB
Hi everyone, I have installed a 2nd sata HDD drive on my Advent T9609, Recently I tried a new software called HDD regenerator, it stated that I have a problem in that I now have 2 Sata drives on the same channel, I have a feeling that it's the way I have connected the Data cables to the Motherboard. The Advent T9609 has a Square set of 4 sata connections on the motherboard and 1 of them is Blue rather than black. Can anybody help me please, I need to know what the blue connector is for & how to install the 2 HD's on different channels. Many thanks, Vince.

Blue ones on the motherboard are usually for a RAID setup.
If not using RAID, connect your drives to the black ones only.

Many thanks pip22, i solved the problem, It appears that sata data port 1 & 2 use channel 1 on the motherboard & 3 & 4 use channel 2. The blue connector just indicates that is where your first HD (c: Drive) should be installed.
Cheers mate.
