Hi everybody. I just want to warn you about an important batch of DVD-R discs manufactured by Fuji Film (they have a sticker with a free McDonald yogurt)from 25 pieces only 3 worked. Thank God I got the yogurt:)
Something similar happend to me with some Imation DVD-R discs (this time 4 worked out of 10). Always on the bad discs I had the message invalid block address using Nero.
I hope it will help!

I think your intentions are good, but...

Every disc manufacturer has bad batches from time to time. The fact that you got a bad set of discs is not indicative of the general quality of that brand of discs.

Sure it's not a problem with your burner, software or configuration? That's an awful lot of duds!

Yeah, I would suspect that your drive might be getting kinda flakey.

Do yourself a favor BACKUP!

It also helps if you don't burn at full speed. I usually burn DVDs and CD at the slowest speed just to make sure.

That's usually true. But, oddly enough I had a spindle of DVD discs once which would always create coasters when burned at single speed. When I burned at 4x they worked perfectly. A friend of mine who I split the shipment with was having the same problem (different burner) and was the one who found the solution.

Just an FYI, as burning at single speed is usually the prescription when you are having burning troubles.
