I have a Sis 630/730 and they evidently stoped producing dirvers for it.
Now my problem, I have warcraft 3, and though it plays quite nicley on my laptop with one minor problem the lighting is none existant. There seems to be some sort of gamma problem. I've serched the web far and wide, perhaps for a 3rd party driver, or for some sort of program to make Warcraft 3 work but it won't work!

update, i found 2.08a for Sis 630/730 but for some reason windows XP won't regonginze it as a driver and update to it....help?!

They have a Sis 630 XP driver on the Sis site -

The problem is they have the old drivers 2.06 its the 2.08 that sloves the gamma problems which is what I'm looking for

Update: I've found "working" sis 630 2.08 drivers, except for the fact that after I install them I get a fatal looping error that causes my computer to shut down the error is with the sis630v.dll, any ideas of how to fix this?

Hi Gil.
Maybe you can try replacing the sis630v.dll with one for Win 2000.
Some Win 2000 drivers work in XP and when people haven't been able to find working XP drivers they give the Win 2000 drivers a try.
