Wanted: Old Laptop RAM

I'm seeking old laptop RAM to put into my Toshiba Portege T3600CT. It came standard with 4MB, and the previous owner bought an 8MB expansion; I think it'll take a 16, maybe even a 32, I don't know. At any rate, I /think/ it takes relatively standard (but old) 32-pin Notebook RAM. If anyone knows where I can pick up some of these antiques (or, hey, if you have a dead laptop whose parts you'd like to donate; I'll gladly pay shipping), it would be greatly appreciated.
